Licensing Agreement
This Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you, the Licensee, and Samply.Club ("We" or "Us"). By downloading any sound/sample (Licensed Material) from Samply.Club, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
- Usage Rights: The standard license grants you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Licensed Material for personal, commercial, editorial, or client purposes.
- Permitted Uses: You may use the Licensed Material in altered, modified, or manipulated forms in various creative works such as music, film, video, advertisements, presentations, online content, computer games, multimedia projects, and smartphone/desktop apps.
- Ownership: All ownership and copyright of the Licensed Material remain the property of Samply.Club.
- Distribution: The Licensed Material or any derivative work based on it may not be directly or indirectly licensed, sublicensed, sold, resold, or redistributed alone.
- Placement: The Licensed Material may not be placed on any website in a complete or archived downloadable format, electronic bulletin board, or in a way that enables its distribution in any other format.
- Sales and Redistribution: The Licensed Material may not be sold or redistributed as part of a sample pack or music production template.
- Can I use the samples in published or commercial creative work?
Yes, you can use the samples in published or commercial creative work such as music or video.
- Can I sell my creative work without worrying about attribution or royalties?
Yes, you can sell your creative work containing samples from Samply.Club without attribution or royalties.
